Project Control EngineerJob Location : RiyadhResponsibilities:? Understanding project specifications and developing time-schedule baselines that meet the project requirements.? To submit the cost report sheet monthly which includes all the expenses.? To compare every month the total budget per line item with the total budget? To monitor the total rental manpower, Equipment on the site and audit the productivity of these rentals? resources.? Performing regular analysis of all schedule trends & Writing schedule narratives? Attending project control meetings and discussing planning requirements with the client and consultant? Monitoring and tracking project progress and writing up reports in tendering and executing phases.? Reviewing purchasing orders and making notes for the Project Control Manager.? Monitoring & Auditing with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team.? Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.? Reviewing project managers reports, DPR?s (daily progress report) and make notes for management i.e. analyzing productivity rates in different locations.? Submits planning reports such as preparation of manpower requirements for the project.? Preparation of material procurement plan in accordance with an approved program.? Coordinate with the Project Control team leader the effective implementation and monitoring of the Look Ahead-Schedule including the project?s actual accomplishments.? Analyze purchase order commitment to calculate accruals.? Prepare monthly financial statements and audit schedules utilizing QuickBooks.? Approve system PRs for budget approval.? Control the movement of raw materials for production (exchange ? addition - ....)? Provides corrective actions necessary if the planned schedule is not achieved.? Preparing extension of time claims using different techniques and discussing them with clients and consultants.Planning Engineer Requirements:? Degree in Engineering or Higher institute.? 6-7 years minimum experience. 4 years minimum of background experience in thePlanning of construction and maintenance projects? Proficiency in MS Office.? has experience in specialized planning & scheduling software utilization (Primavera and/or MS Project).? Planning and project management skills.? Strong multitasking abilities.? Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.? Good knowledge of planning/estimation scope, job working instruction/procedures, and good? Project control practices in planning and scheduling? Good report writing abilities.? Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with co-workers.? Strong teamwork attitude and ability to motivate the team members, significant.? Communication skills, problem-solving attitude, fast and multi-task execution capabilities,? Strong analytical mindset and imaginative problem-solving ability.
