All jobsProgram Manager, Flat6Labs KSAProgram Manager, Flat6Labs KSARiyadh, Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia Saudi ArabiaDescriptionFlat6Labs Program Manager is mainly responsible for helping select and filter applications of Flat6Labs' programs in Saudi Arabia, managing the execution of the startup programs, engaging and supporting the startups throughout the programs, organizing outreach events and managing relationships with strategic partners.Main Responsibilities:1- Program Management? Filter applications and help in selecting new applicant startups to join Flat6Labs startup programs in Saudi Arabia.? Manage and run Flat6Labs' startup programs in Saudi Arabia.? Understanding entrepreneur needs & startup idea to support them during the programs.? Record the progress of the entrepreneur and help them where applicable.? Identify and invite relevant investors, partners, and community members for panels and judging competitions.? Organize final pitching event at the end of each program, where applicable.? Recruit trainers for the startup programs and coordinate between them.? Organize internal workshops, events and dinners within the programs lifetime.? Assist in preparing the required documentation for the startup teams to be used in various communication and marketing channels.? Collect feedback from teams about their experience with Flat6Labs' startup programs in Saudi and suggestions for future improvements.2- Business Operations? Managing relationships with strategic partners and alliances of Flat6Labs in the Kingdom.? Manage internal and external events organized and sponsored by Flat6Labs in the Kingdom.? Assist in organizing and managing the startup events.? Work on transferring the know-how and work closely with counterpart Program Managers and teams of the other programs in Flat6Labs regional network.? Prepare and maintain the budget of the program operations and events expenses.? Manage Flat6Labs local internship program and intern recruitment.? Maintain a database of all founders, mentors, speakers and coaches of Flat6Labs in Saudi Arabia.3- Mentor Network Management? Manage Flat6Labs' local mentor network and communication with them.? Recruit new mentors and coaches, collect feedback on their engagement to assist in evaluating each of them.? Organize weekly coaching and mentoring sessions for the startup teams.? Work on the matchmaking process between startup teams and mentors? Facilitate and monitor the meetings scheduling between mentors and teams, report the progress of the mentorship process.4- Education & Training? Schedule and manage the training programs and communication with speakers and educational institutions.? Manage and schedule the educational classes, workshops and programs at Flat6Labs in Saudi Arabia.? Follow up with the progress of the sessions and collect feedback on themRequirements? At least 5 years of experience of operations or business management.? Arabic and English language skills.? Major in business/management studies.? Strong project management and organizational skills? Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills? Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.? Excellent communication skills.? Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.? Engaged in the startup community and its activities.?
