? Execute proactive retention capabilities improvement; lik SAS/ Teradata system enhancement, CRM system changes, IT system enhancement etc. ? Deep Analysis of different segments behaviors and interests using BI tools (Power BI Or Tableau) ? Develop advanced reporting for the proactive retention activities from Databases (Teradata),?
