ABOUT THE JOBThe department Global Consulting Services designs and develops solution packages of customer-specific development projects. We are looking to recruit an ARIS Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant to support international customer implementations projects of the ARIS Process Platform. The ARIS Consultant is responsible to manage and lead sub-projects individually.The individual will be expected to:? Independently design, development and standardization of solution packages? Build a platform for the global distribution of Best Practice solutions? Support of our international project teams with the implementation of individual ARIS projects? Execution of customer workshops (e.g. modelling and conventions)? Consulting on enterprise-wide BPM roadmaps, process management frameworks, process harmonization methodologies & BPM Centre of Excellence initiative? Configuration design, installation and management of the ARIS Platform? Planning and execution of ARIS project trainings? Support sales for key customers at international levelABOUT YOUThe ideal candidate will be able to make a positive contribution to the organization from day one. The following skills are essential:? A professional degree at the Bachelors level (preferred business administration, information management or similar specifications)? Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, good and quick intellectual powers, motivation and creativity? Business Process Modelling experience using VACD, EPC and BPMN? ARIS 9.x Platform knowledge? BPM, ITIL or similar certification preferred? Industry Knowledge preferred (e.g. Oil & Gas, Telecommunication, etc.)? Excellent understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) Lifecycle, frameworks and concepts (e.g. TOGAF)? Proven ability to facilitate and lead requirements gathering /process design workshops with SME s and Business teams? Ability to conduct face-to-face and virtual Trainings on BPM concepts and ARIS Platform? Project Management expertise? SAP knowledge preferred to support PD-SAP initiatives? High customer orientation? High work performance, pleasant demeanour? Willingness to travel? Excellent English skills, both written and spokenExpereince: 9+ Years
