Duties and responsibilitiesThis exciting opportunity for an experienced fit-out Operations Manager involves managing all site-based activities to ensure that turnkey projects and contracts are delivered on time; to the required standards and within budget; whilst maximising client satisfaction.The job holder will work in close collaboration with the Project Managers and commercial teams including the production of cost/value reconciliations on a monthly basis. Furthermore, the Operations Manager has to make sure that our contractual obligations are met, services are delivered efficiently and that commercial risks are identified and managed.This position covers the following key areas:?Tender planning, short-term operational planning and monitoring of various projects ?Client management and liaison?Operations and workforce management?Quality control and ?Health and Safety? compliance?Procurement
