ROLE PURPOSE:?Purpose:End to End Management of online Trading and merchandising Operations to reach Ecom Revenue target and associated KPIs (Forecast, Revenues, Merchandising, Content, Website trading & merchandising related KPIs)?Assortment managementDefine the Ecommerce Master assortment with the planning & master data teamEnsure proper stock levels for ecom sales and promotionsPrepare sales forecasts at Category, Brand and SKU level in alignment with planningMerchandising:Data driven product merchandising for Homepage, categories, sub-categories, and landing pagesPrice monitoring,Availability based on forecasts and Ecom catalogueProduct data sanity (title, descriptions, content, prices), availabilityProduct Life CycleNew product launches, end of life products and product substitution processWebsite animation & updates:Working closely with the Buying Team, to define, agree and execute sales and promotional plansHomepage, Category / Campaigns & Brand landing pages updatesCalendar promotions, and campaigns managementUSPs highlightWebsite maintenanceStatic pages maintenance: About us, Terms & condition, Store locator etc..ContentApply the SKUs naming conventionOptimize content (descriptions, images etc..)Drive on site performanceLook for data driven improvement opportunities such as Design changes through A/B testing, Site search, customer journey to conversionUse VOC to enhance the product and optimize the on site experienceOverall Ecommerce improvements linked to tradingPost purchase experience (Last mile), return & refund process, customer feedbackKEY ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:?Drive Financial Targets?Lead the Merchandising and Trading of the various e-Stores, maximising cross & up selling, product positioning and stock availability?Responsible for daily/weekly management of products going live ensuring 100% accuracy of product content and assets.?Assist in executing the Marketing and Promotional Plan. Emails and Homepage content?Weekly/monthly competitor/market analysis highlighting opportunities and risks?Building strong relationship with internal teams. Excellent communicator within internal team to support correct timely execution?Project manage key internal projects and ensure on time quality delivery by working with multiple internal stakeholders
