Handle document control, distribution, filing and archiving of project correspondence,˙documentation and drawings both hard copy and softcopy both incoming and outgoing.
Handle incoming mails i.e. correspondence, drawings, etc (sorting˙& recording)
Responsible for the quality review of documents and forms and ensure they are kept according with˙˙prescribed procedures.
Control the issue and the receipt of documents and˙˙drawings by cataloging and˙˙indexing
Conduct annual audit of documents to ensure they are updated and controlled.
Maintain and report administrative issues to Head Office.
Attend to all incoming telephone calls and transfer˙calls to the appropriate persons.
Ensure all messages are delivered immediately.
Arrange dispatch/courier and record all˙outgoing documents.
