Night AuditorJob Location : RiyadhResponsibilities :?Ensure all revenue is posted to the correct departments and balance all revenue departments on a daily basis, and complete all necessary reports.?Balance hotel accounts and resolves discrepancies.?Ensure that the highest standards of hotel security by conducting night patrols and security checks, and promptly reporting irregularities to Financial Controller for immediate resolution.?Identify and correct discrepancies in guest billing and booking transactions.?Provided hotel guests with information on the property, including the gift shop, restaurants, pool/spa, and fitness center.?Control cash and credit card payment transactions at the front desk.?Respond to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns.?Handle tasks and responsibilities for front office employees when the team was understaffed.?Handle all duties and tasks for the night manager and concierge when those individuals were unavailable.?Ran daily, weekly and monthly reports to close the day and meet objectives.Requirements :?Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry?Experience with accounting and facilities management software?Excellent math skills?An eye for detail?Good problem-solving skills?Strong customer service skills?The ability to multitask?Strong written and verbal communication skills?Availability to work overnight?Bachelors of Commerce ( B.COM)?Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred,?Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours?Must be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus.?Must be locally available with transferable iqama.
