Primary Responsibilities:- Use knowledge to architect data warehousing and BI solutions to solve problems that cut across multiple business functions- Interact with business customers, gathering requirements and delivering complete Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and analytics solutions.- Interface with other technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from a wide variety of data sources- Help customers with next generation user experience using Power BI advanced visuals, especially with CxOs & senior management.Job Requirements:- Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with databases.- Expertise building advanced Power BI visuals, personified dashboards for CxOs/Management- Experience with MS Azure Analysis Services to design & build metadata structures, hierarchies & metrics to deliver a strong foundation of analytics layer.- Hands on knowledge with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services(IICS) - Connecting IICS to various data sources & building data warehouse using Azure Data warehouse will be a key task- Knowhows of MS Data Factory & integration mechanisms with varied source systems- Advanced analytics experience using Power BI & related MS components - Data wrangling, massaging & creating meaningful analytical use cases to deliver business value- Working hands on experience with Cortana integration- At least 8-10 full cycle implementation experience with Enterprise MS Power BI deployment using Analysis Services, SQL Data Warehouse, Power BI Dashboards- Strong team player with ability to work and deliver projects independently with minimal supervision.- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional, multi-geography teams in a dynamic environment.- Strong hands on experience in following areas:o MS Power BI - Primary skillo MS Azure Analysis Services - Primary skillo Informatica (IICS) - Primary skillo Additional desirable skills: Exposure to data analytics, statistical model development will be added advantage.- Must have worked with Oracle E-business (Finance, Procurement, HR), Taleo, Primavera as data sources for data warehouse- Experience with Installation of SQL Server & configuring Analysis Services- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
