Mechanical QC SupervisorJob Location : RiyadhJob Responsibilities:? Preparation of weekly reports and submitting to the client.? Monitoring of the Inspection activities related to all Instrumentation/Mechanical and civil work carried out.? Involvement in weekly and monthly internal meetings with planning and construction team to minimize the rework and wastage control and with Client?s to discuss the major deviations come across construction.? Identify and prepare Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) for jobs as per project specifications and verify welders meet PQR requirements as per ASME Sec. IX, API-1104, AWS D1.1? Report and record Discrepancy items, Non Conformance and corrective action requirements to the site and project engineers and maintain follow up register to close out.? To ensure that project construction activities are in compliance with the requirements of the Project Quality Plan, Contract Specifications and Drawings.? Signing of all reports like mechanical, civil and electrical after completion inspection as per project standards.? Preparation of monthly Quality management reports and submitting to the client.? Attending projects progress weekly meeting with PID and PMT.? Materials receiving inspection of welding consumables.? Carry out walk through of test packs ,review of documents and inspection reports of all joints.? Witnessing of hydro testing of piping .Requirements :?Need experience
