What you will doÿMarketing Strategy?ÿSupport the marketing strategy and activation plan for your brands across each region?ÿUnderstand brand guidelines and objectives to drive in the GCC market?ÿLiaise and work with your brand?s HQ on the full year marketing strategy and its execution ensuring a good flow of communication, continuous alignment, good organizationÿand excellent execution?ÿDefine all campaign objectives, assess results, and shareÿfindings and feedback to our internal team and brand HQs?ÿManage creative briefs, development, and execution of allÿyour brand activations with our partner agencies inÿcollaboration with our brand HQs?ÿCoordinate all in-store and mall activations with keyÿstakeholders and ensure all deliverables are met andÿelements are supplied on timeÿ?ÿCoordinate with key stakeholders our promotional calendarÿincluding our Al Futtaim Blue Rewards offers?ÿBuild and manage your brand?s budget, ensuring closeÿmonitoring of all expenses and ensure you stay within the allocated budgets?ÿManage quarterly competitive reviews regardingÿcollections, pricing, marketing/digital activities, or any newÿnoteworthy initiativesÿ?ÿEnsure all campaign details are shared internally within theÿfashion division on a regular basis as well as campaign results?ÿManage all purchase orders for all our activities and updateÿbudget tracker accordinglyÿDigital?ÿSupport our paid and earned digital strategy workingÿclosely with your brand?s HQ team, our performanceÿmarketing team, and our local agencies?ÿSupport regional digital campaigns including contentÿstrategy, its conceptualization, coordination with ourÿagencies, shoot production, and content deliveryÿ?ÿIn line with brand guidelines, localise campaigns andÿcommunication to connect with GCC demographic?ÿShare detailed and well-organized briefs with our agenciesÿand brand HQs for an efficient flow of work andÿcommunication?ÿWork closely with our e-commerce team to drive brandÿawareness and traffic to our websites?ÿEnsure digital budget is outlined and well managed for eachÿcampaign?ÿShare campaign results and digital performance based onÿpre-set objectives internally and with our brand HQ teamsÿregularlyÿPR and Events?ÿAssist our agencies with all PR management, borrowings forÿinfluencer campaigns, and gifting creations?ÿFacilitate the process of providing relevant loan products toÿjournalists for media coverage with proper documentations ofÿitem details in coordination with store?ÿManage all brand events with agencies supporting themÿevery step of the event development process and executionÿin a timely and organized manner?ÿShare recaps internally and with our brand HQs followingÿeach event to showcase an overview of the event and its digital impact
