The National Industrialization Company (TASNEE) holds 90% of the company?s shareholding, while the remaining shareholding is held by reputed businessmen of the countryAn exciting opportunity is available for Manager, Supply Chain & Recycling, based in Riyadh and will reports directly to GM, Batteries and Lead Products.Summary:Manages and coordinates all inbound logistics in planning, exemptions and permits and logistics operation, to ensure most efficient cost and effective processes. Role including management of supply of packaging materials, chemicals and additives and MROs along with procurement management. Manages to meet the major department goals and KPIs and ensure high quality of customer support for tracking shipments and following upon reported issues, solving all issues with respective external parties such as : freight forwarders, brokers, procurement and WH.In this role, you will be responsible of:1. Manages the logistics processes for raw materials for the plants including chemicals,additives and packaging materials.2. Ensures the effective achievement of functional objectives through the leadership ofthe department and setting objectives.3. Manages the interface with procurement for ordering materials and equipment forthe plant, and tracking outstanding orders.4. Aligns departmental objectives and strategy with SBU Petrochemicals Supply Chainstrategy.5. Liaises with the production planning department to ensure availability of sufficientraw materials to meet production targets.6. Manages customs processes for all inbound logistics activities, ensures high quality ofcustomer support for tracking shipments.7. Ensures compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental managementprocedures and controls.8. Management of strategic and high value supplier relationships.9. Coordinates the development, issuance, and evaluation of requests for Proposals andRequests for SB & Vender packages.10. Management of the processes to identify, develop, and qualify alternative suppliers toensure supplement of SB materials.11. Negotiates high value, strategic, and complex contracts for certain commodities orgeographical area, including global contracts.12. Evaluates implementation of methods to optimize high value commodity inventorylevels for SB materials.13. Mentor junior staff in the solicitation, analysis, evaluation, and negotiation of contractproposals.Minimum Qualification and Experience:? Master or Post Graduate qualification in a specific discipline or MBA.? 12 years? experience in Manufacturing supply chain/procurement with 10 years supervisory experience.Knowledge & Skills Required:?
