We are looking for Maintenance SME (LV Power, Signaling & Com, Traction Power, HV, Platform Screen Doors, BMS, Lifts, Escalators) Experience : 7-10 yrs experience in operation and maintenance of railway sub systems;Reporting to : Senior Manager - Asset & Maintenance;Must be able to oversee maintenance activities and verify that it is being carried out safely and to the passengers and the Employer?s satisfaction. Responsible for reporting on O&M Contractors performance. Overseeing the O&M Contractor?s mobilization and including sub-contractors (e.g. Transit Systems Suppliers) Reviewing the O&M Contractor?s submissions; asset and maintenance plans, procedures, instructions. Overseeing the coordination of the O&M Contractors with the DB Contractors. Responsible for monitoring, auditing and reporting of the KPI regime. Must be able to advise on the asset management strategy.
