? Manage and Control field team for maintenance projects.? Support in resolving all issue related to Field Team and Transportation.? Manages the stock control, and checks that inventory records are accurate and critical Spare Parts and available at all time.? Reviewing workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met.? Creating and monitoring Maintenance schedule, resources and teams.? Having a keen eye on Operation budgets.? Communicating changes in an order process to relevant parties.? Act as a ?Single Point of Contact? for all maintenance projects.? Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed & Provides guidance.? Documenting procedures for third-party monitoring.? Participate and Organize Training?s and SAT in coordination with client.? Supporting the PMO or executive team?s vision and processes.? Ensuring staff working on processes are happy and operating efficiently.? Manages the growth and success of the team? Coordinates activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements? Responsible for the maintenance, procurement, and planning of daily operations? Communicates with all relevant employees to ensure delivery times are met? Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis? Communicates any changes in the order or delivery date to relevant parties? Monitors team work standards & performance; doing periodic evaluations.? Organize, plans, and implements inventory activity? Resolve internal team disputes and supporting all functions of the business to work together.? Perform other related duties as assigned by PMO.
