Maintenance and Mechanic TechnicianJob Location : RiyadhDescription :?Oversee and lead all maintenance operations.?Maintain all machines to ensure they are in working standards.?Plan and manage all repair and installation activities such as electrical works?Conduct regular inspections of facilities to discover and resolve problems.?Set repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.?Recording and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance records.?Organizing maintenance activities?Manage all maintenance and repair of electrical faults?Carry out minor repairs to equipment, devices and various tools.?Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify problems.?Supplying and installing various devices and equipment.?Arranging and cleaning the workplace after performing maintenance.?Perform maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs.?Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems such as ventilation.?Inspect the functionality of safety systems such as fire alarms.?Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations.?Prepare and send reports to maintenance manager and report problems.Requirements:?management skills?Proficiency in speaking English?Preferably to have experience in plastic factories (if possible)?Experience of not less than 3 to 5 years
