We believe that if we have talented and ambitious people who are passionate about innovation, there is no limit to what we can achieve.THE POSITION Responsible to oversee the storage and distribution of goods at 3PL, ensure 3PL acts in compliance with BI processes and at an optimal cost in line with defined service levels.Ensure excellence in logistic and distribution through effective management of 3PL and rigorous performance monitoring.Tasks & responsibilities

  • Manage local logistics and distribution in line with best practices and regulatory requirements in alignment with the quality assurance team
  • Manage operations with 3PLs on a day-to-day basis
  • Manage intercompany inbound to 3PL warehouse and customs processes
  • Manage last mile local distribution from 3PL to our customers
  • Sales recognition and invoicing
  • Coordinate inventory reconciliation, identifying any variance and resolving stock issues
  • Provide input to support contract negotiations & tenders with 3PL?s with focus on QAAs, KPIs and cost
  • KPI management
  • PO process for SCM - Creation and follow up of POs related to 3PL
  • Approving process in Invoice track system for
  • invoices paid to 3PL services
Requirements
  • 3PL contract management experience or qualifications
  • Vast experience and strong understanding of logistics
  • Experience of inventory management tools and knowledge of related best practices
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships
  • Experience in Pharma and/or Fast Moving Consumer Goods is preferred
  • Basic understanding of financial method
  • Saudi National
Extensive know-how:
  • in SAP SCM modules
  • in MS Excel - analytics and mass data processing
Language skills:
  • Proficient in English & Arabic
Communication skills:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective negotiator with good presentation skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to teamwork, staying stakeholder and solution oriented
  • Demonstrated crisis management skills, delivering under uncertain and high business pressure conditions
