Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations
Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc
Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
Scheduling shipments through freight carriers or via ocean freight or air freight depending on the item?s destination
Liaising and negotiating with the forwarder
Coordinating with customs agents to ensure that all documentation is in order prior to shipment
Preparing shipping orders or documentation for international or domestic shipments
Knowledgeable in terms of Saber Applications: IECEE or IEC / SASO, PCOC and SCOC.
Extensive Knowledge in Handling Customer Orders, including coordination from Vendors, Freight Forwarders/Agents until orders delivery is being fulfilled.
