Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement KPIs aligned with organizational and project objectives.Monitor and analyze operational performance against KPIs, targets, and service levels.Collect, validate, and analyze performance data from multiple sources.Prepare KPI reports, dashboards, and management presentations.Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.Identify performance trends, gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency and service quality.Conduct performance benchmarking against industry standards and best practices.Coordinate with Operations, Facilities Management, Engineering, and other multidisciplinary teams.Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely submission of KPI data and reports.Track corrective actions and improvement initiatives resulting from KPI performance reviews.Support process optimization, innovation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Present KPI results, trends, and recommendations clearly to management and stakeholders.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor?s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.5?7 years of relevant experience in KPI development, performance measurement, data analysis, or performance management.Experience in the Facilities Management industry is highly preferred.Advanced knowledge of KPI development and performance analysis.Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.Proficiency in data management and reporting software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of industry benchmarking and performance measurement practices.Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.Strong project management and organizational skills.Strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
