Key Deliverables and ResponsibilitiesPlanning & Organizing:- Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the workplace/workshop.- To plan accordingly the quantity and knowing the quality of materials to be ordered and used during maintenance repairs or planned projects to prevent wastage of time and material.- Ensure that all Mvenpick Hotels & Resorts Guidelines are followed. Operations:- Carryout all maintenance work as per PPM jobs cards.- Maintains level of main gas tanks and routine inspections.- Able to install new equipment when necessary.- Maintains all Kitchen, Refrigeration equipment to ensure maximum efficiency.- Maintains walk-in freezer temperature records as per Municipality requirement.- Keeps Kitchen mechanical rooms clean and in good order.- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
