Site Name: Field Worker - CHN Posted Date: Mar 21 2022 Job Purpose: Implementation of GSK customer management concept with key accounts and proactively contacting purchasers & other stakeholders in his assigned accounts within a designated territory ensuring GSK medicines accessible in collaboration with distributor Stockholders , in order to help the patients, do more, feel better and live longer. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all activities are executed in line with related SOPs, policies, and local regulations. Represent GSK in front of the Key account Maintain positive working environment within the team, collaborative teamwork, and inspiring culture. Demonstrate accountability on their target accounts (Own the business). To deliver annual Commercial objectives Identify and segment accounts (i.e. Private / Public hospitals or accounts) leveraging total GSK portfolio Identify key decision makers within key accounts and understand their objectives, agenda and key drivers / barriers to purchase GSK products. Develop Business Partner relationships with senior stakeholders in key accounts, customise and negotiate win/win value propositions. Ensure products are available ?on the shelf?, thus fulfilling the demand generated by GSK detailing teams. Liaise with Distributor and monitor Stock at region level to fulfil region demand requirement Provide monthly AMU to enable driving Performance through monthly Forecasting for Demand Provide input into marketing strategic planning particularly around classic brands, inclusion of innovative brands in key accounts. Contribute to the control of R&A aiming to improve Gross TO Net. Accountability: Annual certification with full alignment to all related SOPs, policies and local regulations. Achieve GSK basic standards in disease and product knowledge. Meet GSK standards of Commercial KPIs. Drive Commercial Plan through proper interaction with key stakeholders. Market intelligence and timely feedback. Care about GSK assets and optimize the company resources. Ensure proper using of GSK assets and system (e-sms , e-form ) to: track & report expiry, follow stock average of key brands, and hospital introduction status of new launches. Develop robust partnership with GSK distributors. Monitor the demand process from ordering to delivery in strict compliance with GSK standards and guidance. Develop detailed Annual Strategic Account Plans. Application of Knowledges Ensure all activities are executed in line with related SOPs, policies and local regulations. Timely completion of Field activities. Meet the defined skills standards measured by the In-field coaching. Ensure Customer Satisfaction in the defined territory. GSK Expectations: Set directions and inspire Work across boundaries Release energy Develop capability and talent Drive performance Live our values Specialized Knowledge: Min 2 years of sales management experience working with Pharma in KSA Experience of PVT/Public sectors business is preferred (Travelling up to 50% to remote areas) Candidate engaged in purchasing / stock management and access of new products Good understanding of Key account management, development of Business Plans Financial/ Commercial acumen Be able to demonstrate drive for performance and a business development mindset Effective use of key software products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Professional negotiation & Analytical skills Unmatched sense of customer service and satisfaction Understanding of the business dynamics and key challenges Ability to grasp and implement the principles of KAM Business development mind-set Preferable prior experience in multi-national pharmaceutical industry.
