ITM EngineerJob Location : RiyadhRequirements :?Minimum 2-3 years of experience and working knowledge as Applications / Systems / Monitoring Engineer?Deep understanding of Monitoring Systems and Monitoring Technology (SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Manage Engine or any other tools) etc.?Virtualization, Windows and Linux servers knowledge?Active directory services, Windows Domain Environment, Exchange Servers.?Network Routing Switching, Network Security.?ITIL Foundation knowledge Preferred.?Basics of Cloud Technology, Containers etc. will be preferred.?Knowledge of Application Basics like Frameworks, middleware, databases etc.:? Responsible to execute and implement End-End projects for IT Management Systems (NMS and APM)? Works with companies to understand their IT Infrastructure, gather requirements and design best practice monitoring solution based on SolarWinds products suite.? Works with internal process owners (i.e. Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Asset Management) to improve inter and intra-process integration and business alignment.? Design Dashboards, Alerting, and Reports for monitored systems.Qualifications:? Excellent Arabic and English speaking and writing is a must.? At least performed 5 Full End-End Implementation projects of any market leading ITSM Product or Network Monitoring tools (Network Performance Tool or Application Performance Monitoring Tool).? Specialized expertise: Understanding of Network Systems, Ping, SNMP, WMI and other monitoring protocols, APIs.? Understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL), ITIL v3 and v4, Monitoring, Observability? Knowledge of technical areas (i.e., Email Systems, SMS Gateways, Network communications, windows and linux systems)? Excellent written and oral communication skills, and an ability to convey Service Management principles and influence adoption of its accompanying organizational, cultural, and technological change.? Bachelor?s degree in related Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and job-related experience equal to 2-3 years.? Looking for local Transferrable Iqama and immediate joiners.
