IT System Support ExecutiveJob Location : RiyadhKey Responsibilities:?Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote access.?Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and provide resolutions.?Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.?Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.?Create and maintain technical documentation.?Assist in the testing and implementation of new software and hardware.?Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify and resolve technical issues.Qualifications:?A Bachelor?s degree in marketing & Computer Science, IT or other relevant fields?1-2 years of Experience in a digital marketing technical support or advertising role?In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL.
