Administering and managing network resources.? Installation of Servers, PCs, laptops, printers andother networking devices.? Administering and managing of DNS, DHCP and FTPServers in the office network infrastructure with Windows 2012 &2016 servers.? Administering knowledge on Watch guard/ cisco/SonicWALL firewall system.? Administering and managing Avaya PABX System, ContactCentre Applications and IP Phones? Providing online and onsite support for businessusers? Managing new store opening? Managing internet lines, leased lines and telephonelines with ISP? Micros and Embed administration and functionalsupport? Managing FMC application? Support the IT wing to resolve the Software, hardware/Communication problems and defects.? Acquire a deep understanding of all supportedproducts and interfacing networking equipment.? Rendering expertise in network infrastructure &TCP/IP, network documentation, architecture diagram formulation? Worked on Firewall, router, windows 2016, cloud concepts, MPLS,IP technology, Fidelios Material control and Micros 3700 or 9700
