The IT Supervisor is responsible for the day to day maintenance and control of the businesssystems, computers, hardware and software of the Company including communication systemsin line with Company policies and procedures. The IT Supervisor will liaise with the GeneralManager in regard to new system specification and development of existing systems. Ensure maximum availability of computer systems across all areas of the Company. Responsible for the provision of IT infrastructure services including- Microsoft Server and SQL architecture- Desktop applications- Local and/or wide area networks- IT security- CCTV Network and Systems- Telecommunications Maintenance of MS Nav 2016 & LS Retail 2016, Payroll and Customs Systems Working with Management to propose, agree and deliver IT service to defined Service LevelAgreements Responsible for annual and ongoing IT budget Responsible for IT hardware, software and maintenance procedure upgrading and updatingsystems Oversight and responsibility for back office systems such as Navision and Network. Ensureefficiencies are made and Systems are reviewed at regular interval. Work with IT suppliers for development of IT solutions Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan Develop and control the IT security policy Maintain and develop a company website Provide a monthly written report to the General Manager on all aspects of the IT Department.(SERVERS, UPS, Shop-floor, Stores, Budgets, CCTV and Network)
