Job Description

ú Manage and monitor all installed system and infrastructure to ensure the highest level of availabilityú Provide L1 Level support to for the Clinic Management Software(CMS) to Business users for day to day issues pertaining to :

  • Billing
  • Customer management
  • Item (product(s) and service(s) management
  • Appointment booking
  • Lead Management
ÿú Primary role is to provide basic technical support and troubleshooting to business users pertaining to CMS and Lead management Software , and escalate more complex issues to IT manager & relevant teams when necessaryú Co-ordinate with the hardware team to ensure zero downtime, seamless connectivityú Co-ordinating with IT manager for functionality related issues & resolving the same as per the guidanceú L1 support engineers will be responsible for tasks such as answering phone calls and emails, logging support tickets, and providing basic technical assistance, such as walking business users through software?s functionality or helping them resolve common issues (functional or technical).ú Monitor and review the open issues/tickets on daily basis with the IT Managerú Ensure that proper service level agreement (SLAs) is maintained to resolve an issue (based on criticality)ú You need to take action on issues based on ageing reportÿi.e. you will check report and solve all those old issues based on this report.ú Monitor and review the open issues/incidents/tickets on daily basisú You will ensure that proper service level agreement (SLAs) are maintained and you need to resolve the issue and manage the problem of a customer.ú Represent yourself in a professional manner and communicate effectively to stakeholdersÿ
