IT Project ManagerLocation: RiyadhRole Purpose:An IT Project Manager within ISE is responsible for the end to end management and delivery of one or more medium to large projects or a single programme consisting of multiple projects. They may also be responsible for the management of strategic proposals. As a PM, they are responsible for delivery of all project delivery activities under their control to the agreed scope, time, cost and quality constraints.Key Accountability:? Responsible for all project activities through the full project delivery lifecycle, i.e. project initiation, establishment, execution and conclusion phases? Responsible for the delivery of the project plan, the detailed Statement of Work (SOW) and Services Proposal content developed for the customer base upon customer requirements and system architecture? Maintains and submits clear and concise activity/progress/time recording reports to customers, management, and sales.? Responsible for the implementation and daily management of activities, which are coordinated with ISE employees or Partner Resources? Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer and sales? Proactively follows the ISE escalation and change control process? Articulates the full value of the ISE Solutions and ISE Services business benefit to the customer.? The Project Manager maybe required to establish detailed functional requirements with the ISE customers either internally or for vendors in the form of a Request for Proposal (RFP).? Establishment of effective working relationships between the ISE Operations, other ISE departments and vendors with the aim of agreeing direction and priorities for future technical projects.? Ensure compliance with the ISE Life Cycle and Project Management Governance Frameworks.? Negotiation with customers and supplier representatives.? Coordinating project/programme reporting to the business? Lead and motivate the Project Team? Risk and Opportunity Management at a project/programme level? Cost and Budget Management at a project/programme level? Resource Management at a project/programme/departmental level? Change control processes and management? Supply chain management? Project commercial activities? To stays abreast of current industry trends and new technology through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and associated training and seminars.Job Specifications:?Minimum of 5 to 7 years IT Project Delivery involvement, proven involvement in technical deliveries and knowledge of technical components is an advantage? Proven ability to manage projects? Proven involvement in Proposal build? Advanced knowledge in a project scheduling tool e.g. MS Project? Team and SME management.? Fluent in English? Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from a recognized university? In depth understanding and experience of the whole project lifecycle?
