Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain the availability and maintenance of all IT systems (hardware and software) for all users and supervising the help desk function and participate to the design, installation monitoring and maintaining the network and telecommunication while ensuring high levels of data availability;Scope of WorkEnsure all activities related to user support and development, namely, hotline, user assistance and ?workstations? (Desktops Laptops and Smartphones, etc.)Execute and follow up all activities related to network and telecommunications; locally, regionally and internationally, this include WAN, LAN, Internet / ExtranetEnsure the analysis of network needs and designing network architecture, integration and installationEnsure the management and the maintenance of all network and telecommunication components in terms of availability and qualityEnsure installing, configuring and maintaining computer and network operating systems and application software, as appropriate; providing on-call support for network and telecommunication systems as requiredMaintain server hardware and software, including general installation and setup of new equipment, configuration, burn in, and final installation in the production environmentFollow up of the progress of corrections of incidents linked to network and telecommunication failuresSupervise the implementation and installation of individual hardware and software as per the adopted procedures and implementation guidelinesEnsure a good user support service to resolve acute incidents as quickly as possible Ensure investigation and diagnosis of incidents as they occur and the development of solutions to restore serviceFollow up the progress of corrections of incidents linked to technical failuresEnsure building all technical documentation and keeping it updatedMaintain knowledge of current tecqniques and trends and investigating new technologies as directed and appropriatePerforming any other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor
