Our Client are actively looking for an Architectural Design Manager to join their Riyadh office. Our Client is a reputable JV between a Saudi Developer and a Foreign PMC, and they are working on a prestigious mega development across in the KSA. They currently have a residential and entertainment roll out scheme in Riyadh with plenty of opportunities to progress through the ranks.The Interior Designer will be on board for the life-cycle of the project, from initiation to completion. We expect the candidate to be able to sketch and be a part of the Design process from start to finishRequirements? Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.? 3+ Years of experience in Interior Design.? Experience in Hospitality, retail and F+B are welcome.? Knowledge of FF+E.? Must have project experience in High End Residential and Hospitality.? Can work concept to delivery.? Strong communicator and presenter.? Experience liaising with consultants and contractors.? Creative and innovative designer.? Software fluency in 3D Studio Max, Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator.? 3D modelling capabilities
