Interior DesignerJob Location : RiyadhDescription:?Create furniture selection and presentation boards as per company format and standards, but ensure the compatibility with Tender/Bidding format requirements, if intended by request.?Excellent understanding of space planning in preparation for furniture layout plans and basic renderings.?Ensure that they are fully coordinated with other trades drawings.?Study and reply for requests information for all missing, unclear conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during production phase and before signing the proforma invoice.?Prepare detailed bill of quantities, data sheets and specify the nature, quantity and quality of the materials required.Job Requirements:?Diploma or Bachelor Degree in the field of Architecture/interior design or same traits.?From 1 to 3 years of experience in space planning/interior design & furniture.?Excellent user of MS. Office (Excel, powerpoint and word), AutoCad-2D & 3D. 3D rendering skills is a plus factor.?Can do basic estimations.?Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.?Filipino
