Line managers can also submit the CV of identified candidates alongside a Job Description to HR Services. Role DescriptionThe Role is to support the Site Manager in all site activities at tower sites and other site infrastructures, handling the equipment and materials.Lifting and installation of sensors on a 65-meter tower and installation of equipment in server and control rooms. The specific Installation instruction will be updated through specific training according to new requirements and experience on the sensors or other equipment. The riggers shall be able to make hardwired connections to the equipment, have experience in maintenance of equipment racks, computers, servers, routers and switches, also experience in maintenance of power distribution units.The rigger contributes to the continuous improvement of the practical installation for the installation on site process and reports directly to Site Manager.Key Taskshe key and purpose of this position shall be responsible for performing the following tasks:? Receiving and checking materials and goods on site? Inspection for damages and pack list completeness? Should have sufficient experience and confidence in installing equipment on tower sites ? Climbing towers certified ? Collaborate with Airbus product development team on architecture, design, build requirements and drive optimization related to reliability, quality and performance if needed ? Able to read and understand drawings? Installation of prefitted equipment into racks, (e.g. computers, servers, routers, switches) and complete associated cabling if necessary ? Install the appropriate wires and feeders from the equipment located at the tower through the cable trays to the shelter? Labelling and Site Tracker update? Prepare as built drawings? Carry out and protocol FSA ( First Site Acceptance ) with customer ? Supports the regular reporting to the Site Manager including progress reportsKey Competences? Minimum 5 year experience installing equipment on tower sites ? Able follow instruction and drawings provided? Understanding of multi-site projects ? Experience with telecom equipment installation on towers? Knowledge in structured cabling standards(data and low voltage system)? Good communication skills both written and verbal? Self-motivated and capability to solve conflicts? Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines? Strong service orientation and delivery focus? Abilities for organisation and communication?
