Job Description :Understand the design documents (floor layout, schematics, GSM room, etc)Perform site survey and prepare a report indicating all the requirements and dependencies.Installation of main DAS (RF cables, connectors, components and antennas) with standard quality.Installation of fiber optic cables.HW installation in the main and remote GSM rooms ( huawei , nokia and ericsson cabinets)Material tracking with clear record on the available and balance materials.Knowledge on safety procedures and risks during the installation in different sites.Perform daily activity and follow up the implementation planConduct Cable testing using different tools (site master , PIM analyzer)Perform periodic reporting on the daily and weekly implementation progressReport to the Engineer for any deviation from the original design for the necessary approvals.Coordinate with site building management for access and work plan.Requirements :Have 3 years experience as IBS & Telecom TechnicianShould be familiar with system.Should have experience on Telecom equipment installation.Should have good knowledge of troubleshooting.Should have the knowledge of Power system (AC Power sources, Rectifier, Batteries etc.).The ability to climb and work on Mono pole towers.The ability to approach the equipment which is installed on difficult places.Should be good knowledge for use of maintenance tools.The ability to understand the problem and action to resolve as per Engineer s instruction.Should be self-motivated to work for 24/7 in difficult situation.Should be in a good health condition.Should have good communication skills.
