-Regional Role-Join a market leader within Real Estate-Flexible working options-Attractive Salary & BenefitsOur Client is a professionally competent company engaged in Human Resource Development and Selection, and is backed by a team of thoroughbred professionalsThe JobYou will be responsible for :Managing various aspects of HR Operations including employee documentation, on-boarding and off-boarding, insurance and HR audits.Creating, implementing and administering human resources policies and procedures and ensuring that practices are compliant with statutory requirements and guidelines.Providing support for recruitment as required, including but not limited to conducting hiring needs analysis, conducting reference checks and employment contracts.Application and renewal of work visas.Supporting employee relations by providing guidelines and clarifications on policies and their application.Managing employee benefits and claims administration.Working closely with finance and/or outsourced vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and other claims.Creating and implementing plans, programs and initiatives that integrate diversity, equity and inclusion into HR processes and business practices and.Building strong relationships with stakeholders across business, HR and talent acquisition and identifying opportunities for workforce diversity and inclusiveness.Designing and delivering cross-cultural and diversity presentations and workshops.Analysing and measuring impact of initiatives on diversity and inclusion objectives and providing regular feedback on diversity and inclusion trends.Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement.Managing a team of 6-10 people.Ideal CandidateSkills Required:You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.You ideally possess solid experience in Diversity.Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering Rest of Asia.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical dataYou are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholdersYou enjoy finding creative solutions to problemsYou are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.Ref: WFNDTR2B3E Company Profile Snaphunt is a specialist recruiting platform that takes the pain out of hiring and job searching.
