Our team is committed to ensuring the success of all our stakeholders.Our Business Requirement General ManagerWe are in search of an outstanding HR professional who excels within a dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial setting. Reporting to the Group HR Manager, the HR Officer offers adept guidance and solutions for operational human resources matters. Moreover, this role involves collaborating with management to streamline the provision of HR services. The incumbent guarantees the fulfillment of the organizations existing HR needs while proficiently executing the HR strategy. Acting as a point of contact for employees, the HR Officer addresses inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.Responsibilities:-˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Talent Acquisition:˙Actively works with the business managers to ensure that the organization?s current and future workforce requirements are met efficiently within the shortest possible time and most economically. The job holder will also update the management of government rules and regulations changes.-˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Onboarding: To implement the onboarding process in line with the company?s policy and procedures to ensure smooth and quick acclimatization to the new joiner?s role and company culture.˙-˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Learning and Development: Work with the management to identify suitable training programs for the employees as and when required by the direction so that the employees gain the skills needed for the job and as part of continuous development.-˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Communication: Communicate with all stakeholders on HR procedures, policies, and changes in Government regulations to remove any confusion. Incumbent will also maintain an excellent rapport with all employees.-˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Grievance handling: Resolve employee grievances as soon as possible and seek the manager?s involvement as and when required with any such issues. All resolutions must align with the company?s policy, and the management should approve any exceptions.-˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Employee Engagement: Implement HR initiatives and interventions to increase employee engagement and enrich positive employee experience at work. Incumbent will recommend best practices to the management to enhance employee experience.-˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Compliance with QMS: Ensure all HR processes and procedures are followed by the Quality management system.-˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Data Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance data for record purposes.
