Position SummaryIn order to support the ambitious strategy we are looking for a HR Manager. Reporting to the General Manager and Global Head of HR, the HR Manager will contribute to the overall HR strategy and will be central to the execution of HR strategies, policies and practices across, including recruitment, retention and development programmes.Responsibilities1. HR Strategy? Co-develop a middle- and long-term HR strategy? Formulate yearly planning and budgeting for HR? Develop and maintain HR key performance indicators2. Recruiting Policy Roll out? Enabling to become an employer of choice in all arenas of operation? Development and execution of specific recruitment campaigns3. Retention? Development co-ordination of all key benefits? Tracking holiday and sickness 4. Development? Execute roll out of training programmes? Develop and implement remuneration packages? Co-ordinate performance review process? Support compensation process5. Organizational Development? Develop and execute an organizational development plan? Advice GM regarding improvements and changes in organization and staffing6. Operations? Ensure data is accurate and complete? Organise hard copy records? Produce regular HR reports on key metrics across spectrum of activities to board? Assist with development of state of the art reporting systems
