HR GeneralistOur fast-growing startup is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist for our Riyadh Office to handle a wide range of HR tasks and responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, government relations, legal compliance, and administrative support. This role requires a deep understanding of Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.   • Government Relations
  • Manage all aspects of government relations, including handling iqama renewals, transfers of sponsorship, and issuing visas for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations related to employment contracts, visa requirements, and sponsorship transfers.
  • Liaise with government authorities and agencies to address any HR-related matters, such as Ministry of HR inquiries and labor disputes.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations and advise the management accordingly.
  • Legal Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee contracts, visas, and government-required filings.
  • Assist in preparing reports and submissions for government agencies as required.
  • Employee Relations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees HR-related concerns, inquiries, and issues.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts, complaints, and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Administrative Support
  • Issue HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
  • Register employees in the Qiwa and GOSI systems to ensure compliance with social insurance and other government requirements.
  • Support the onboarding process, including orientation and necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HR system and in compliance with data protection and privacy laws.
  • Ensuring time attendance records are accurate for Riyadh based employees.˙
  • Manage the upkeep of the Riyadh Gallery office.
