A healthcare facility is looking for a healthcare assistant or nurse aide to join its operations in July 2020Under the supervision of Registered Nurses, the Assistant Nurse assists in certain support activities related to both patient care and general ward/department functions? Performs basic hygiene to the patient. ? Transports and drapes patients for examinations and treatments. ? Takes and records temperatures, pulse, etc., as directed. ? Changes bed linen and run errands. Clean, sterilize, store and prepare treatment trays and other supplies. ? Assists nursing service personnel with a variety of other patient care duties. ? Recognizes potential unit problems and initiate action to maintain a safe, clean and orderly environment. ? Takes and records temperature, pulse, respiration and reports abnormal finding to RN/Charge Nurse.? Enriches patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity. ? Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.
