Job Description

  • Communicate and train after sales?team to effectively and successfully implement and achieve the approved plans and tasks.
  • Motivate all stake holders in the department and develop required competencies to work effectively and actively to achieve targeted level of service and satisfaction.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly activities reviews of the department with the Business Unit Team, Shared Services Team, management to report deviation and take corrective action.
  • Achieve department objectives as per approved SLA and KPIs.
  • Submit regular reports to management.
  • Ensure employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health.
  • Monitor safety of the workforce and workplace.
  • Ensure effective communication with all departments and business units.
  • Keep all information confidential and secure. File and/or archive all documents.
  • Raise issues with the concern department.
  • Effectively communicate and implement DMC values and code of ethics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Issues Incident Reports and monitors and conducts follow-up activities on the corrective and preventive action taken on detected safety violations.
  • Ensures promotion awareness of Health & safety requirements throughout the organization.
  • Monitors the status of fire extinguishers refilling, fire hydrant system, smoke detectors, fire alarm coordinates its maintenance.
  • Assesses potential accidents as near misses in system.
  • Stop and co-ordinate for correcting safe work practices in case of any violation.
  • Responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing companys employee safety at work.
  • Ensure that the company is complying to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines.
  • Plan and implement OHS policies and programs.
  • Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics.
  • Prepare educational seminars and webinars on a regular basis.
  • Review existing policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all the rules and regulations.
  • Work with HR to set up a new employee on-boarding process for safety.
  • Conduct risk assessment.
  • Enforce preventative measures.
Job Role & PurposeResponsible for promoting health and safety within a work environment. Analyze workplaces and design initiatives to control, eliminate, and prevent injuries and health concerns. Inspect workplaces to investigate compliance with the local laws & regulation and/or company policies; and conduct analyses on the effectiveness of safety and health programs.
