DescriptionClient ProfileOur client is a well-reputed healthcare institution and we are recruiting a bilingual strategic senior medical affairs manager to join their executive team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to be responsible for managing the healthcare practitioners, clinical and support teams to identify operational needs, improve processes and increase operational and financial performance.Role SummaryDevelop strategic and tactical initiatives to manage cross functional medical affairs, implement and manage projects and provide medical expertise internally to strengthen the health services provided ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness and safety meet patient needs.Manage clinical and scientific data and ensure all regulatory, legal, accreditation and corporate regulations are met.Provide physician leadership support for patient safety, and satisfaction, case management, quality management, infection prevention, clinical information systems and capital investments.Essential Skills & Experience Required15+ years in healthcare management, with a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role in the Gulf with a strong understanding of Ministry of Health and regional healthcare regulatory requirements.Strong financial and commercial acumen with solid experience in healthcare finance management.EducationBSc (Hons) MBBS as a minimum is mandatoryCandidate ProfileCurrently living in the Gulf, preferably Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Fluency in English and Arabic must be able to read, write and speak fluent English and Arabic.Confident public speaker.
