Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Health Diet Food Chef with a proficiency in calorie counting to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Health Diet Food Chef, you will be responsible for creating nutritious and delicious meals tailored to specific dietary requirements, while ensuring accurate calorie counts. Your culinary expertise will play a crucial role in promoting healthy eating habits and contributing to the well-being of our clients.Responsibilities:? Menu Planning: Develop diverse and creative menus based on dietary guidelines, including low-calorie, low-carb, gluten-free, and other specialized diets.? Food Preparation: Prepare meals using fresh, high-quality ingredients while adhering to portion control and nutritional guidelines.? Calorie Counting: Accurately calculate and record the calorie content of each dish using nutritional databases or software.? Dietary Consultation: Collaborate with nutritionists, dietitians, and clients to understand their dietary needs and preferences, providing personalized meal recommendations accordingly.? Cooking Techniques: Utilize various cooking techniques such as baking, grilling, steaming, and saut‚ing to maximize flavor and nutritional value while minimizing added fats and calories.? Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in compliance with health regulations and company policies.? Recipe Development: Continuously research and develop new recipes and cooking methods to expand the menu offerings and keep up with culinary trends in health and nutrition.? Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to coordinate meal preparation and ensure smooth operations in the kitchen.? Client Interaction: Provide guidance and support to clients regarding their dietary goals, explaining the nutritional value of dishes and offering cooking tips for healthier eating habits.? Documentation: Keep detailed records of recipes, ingredient lists, portion sizes, and calorie counts for each meal prepared.Salary:USD 4,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.Requirements?
