General TechnicianJob Location : RiyadhRequirements :? Minimum 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC.?Previous experience in Malls or compounds is preferred.Key Activities:?Understand and operate advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems.?Repairing all types of hardware, electrical equipment including lamps, air conditioners / HVAC and AC ducts.?Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment.?To clean, lubricate, protect, and otherwise maintain all tools and equipment.?Perform maintenance activities in hotel public areas like plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, plumbing and electrical equipment.?Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.?Ensuring that Engineering systems running safely.?Records and loges all meter readings on daily basis and reports irregularities.?Carries out appropriate energy conservation and control in order to reduce energy cost.?Develop systems and procedures to ensure the health and safety measures.?Ensure Repairs and Maintenance are done on time and keep budget for the same.?Performs other duties as assigned.
