Job Description

A leading Recruitment Agency in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a strong background in managing operations in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  2. Manage and coordinate all food and beverage activities, including menu planning, food preparation, and service.
  3. Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
  4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  5. Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  6. Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  7. Work closely with the executive chef to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing department to create and implement promotional activities to attract customers.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the food and beverage department remains competitive.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Operations Manager or similar role.
  2. Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service.
  3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers.
  5. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  8. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the food and beverage industry.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  10. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
