Fleet SupervisorJob Location : RiyadhSalary: SAR 4,000 per monthResponsibilities:?Oversee the maintenance and repair of delivery vehicles, including scheduling regular servicing and coordinating with mechanics as needed?Monitor and track vehicle performance, including fuel consumption and maintenance costs?Implement and enforce policies and procedures related to vehicle usage and safety, including pre-trip inspections and proper vehicle loading?Manage and maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repair history?Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize routes and ensure timely delivery of packages?Monitor and enforce compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including hours of service, weight limits, and vehicle registration?Train and supervise a team of drivers, including conducting performance evaluations and setting goals for improvement?Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement strategies for improving fleet efficiency and cost-effectivenessRequirements:?Bachelors degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field?3+ years of experience in fleet management or a related role?Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures?Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and fleet management software?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills?Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively?Valid drivers license and a clean driving record?Transferable Iqama
