Job Description

GIM is looking for a high-performing?Saudi national Finance officer?to help grow our business regionally and internationally. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of company financials, cost accounting, and operations.Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of accounting records, including preparing and posting general journal voucher and month end closing journals.
  • Track and monitor accounts receivable and prepare reconciliations.
  • Track and monitor accounts Payable prepare reconciliations.
  • Prepare Banks reconciliations.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and banks
  • Assist in preparing tax computations and returns.
  • Update financial data in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
  • complete general ledger operations.
  • Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
  • Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
  • Meet financial accounting objectives
  • Assist in preparing the annual budgeting in addition to quarterly reports on budget variances.
  • Assist with payroll administration.
  • Assist in preparing periodic financial reports.
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits
Requirements:
  • Saudi national ONLY
  • Bachelor?s degree in accounting
  • Fluent in English
  • ERP knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics NAV, GP or AX) is a plus
  • 0-1 year experience
  • Experience in (cost accounting and accounting, labor law, social security law and tax law) is a plus
