FEMALE FITNESS COACHRequirements:Minimum 1+ years? experience in fitness industry.Minimum of 1 nationally accredited fitness certification.Intermediate to advanced understanding of anatomy and training biomechanics.Exercise Science 4 Year Degree or higher is a plus.CPR-AED certification.Self-motivated and driven fitness professional.Experience in the fitness industry.Excellent communication and organization skills required.Ability to effectively give presentations to small groups, with previous experience in training / mentoring.Strong computer skills with Internet use, MS office, and basic software programs required.Flexible to travel regionally as required.Able to work flexible schedules as needed, including weekends and holidays.Summary:General Supervision of Orange Theory group classes;General supervision, development and management of the Orange Theory classes structure and standards provided by the mother company;Execution of the Health and Safety Standards;Tasks:Full understanding about Orange Theory concept, as well vision and mission;Knowledge about all classes structure, as well as new releases and updates;Responsible for teaching the class instructors the Orange Theory standards, both on group classes activities as well gym operation;Facilitate information related to group standards, new releases, sounds, choreography and online source of information;Follow the Orange Theory guidelines for checking the quality of the classes delivered to the gym members;Run internal quality control activities to ensure standards are followed;Participate in weekly meetings by the request of the Gym Manager.Elaborate different marketing / sales strategies together with the Gym manager to promote the club and increase revenue;Managing members complaints, taking the necessary actions to solve the complaint;Assistance on daily operation, dealing with maintenance issues and suppliers, such as cleaning company, laundry company, water company and all products used in the club;Maintains professional and technical knowledge about exercise, health and fitness by remaining current with trends in the industry;Ensures that safety and injury prevention policies and procedures are adhered to by clients; reports accidents and preparations accidents reports as required;Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.Additional info:24 days paid leave + private Sector Public Holidays (according to KSA labor law)One (1) time to year fixed compensation that is used for Trip Flight Ticket every 12 months (applicable after completion of minimum 9 months of service)UniformHealth Insurance24 months contract6 day working week / 24h weekendCommissions: is based on number of classes and clients.
