Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob Title: Building Envelope Engineer (LEED AP / Mostadam AP)Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia]Job Type: Full-time onsiteDepartment: MEP ProjectsWe are seeking a qualified Building Envelope Commissioning Agent (BECxA) / Architectural Engineer with at least 5 years of experience and credentials as a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) or Mostadam Accredited Professional (Mostadam AP).In this role, the selected candidate will serve as the designated BECxA, responsible for producing the comprehensive Envelope Commissioning Plan and overseeing advanced building envelope verification testing conducted by the Commissioning Contractor.Directly oversee and verify that the building envelope is rigorously tested by the Commissioning Contractor for the following four key performance areas:Condensation Control: Ensure testing and design verification prevent moisture formation and condensation risks within envelope assemblies.Water Ingress: Oversee advanced field testing for water penetration, leakage, and waterproofing performance.Air Infiltration: Direct and verify air tightness testing to control unconditioned air leakage through the building enclosure.Thermal Bridging: Analyze and verify envelope details and insulation continuity to eliminate thermal bridging path issuesDesired Candidate ProfileBachelor?s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.5+ years of related experienceLEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) or Mostadam Accredited Professional (Mostadam AP) certification (preferred)
