In this role, you will be responsible for managing executive schedules, facilitating communication, and handling confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.- Prepare, draft, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.- Handle confidential information and maintain the security of executive records.- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and minutes.- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for senior management.- Assist in planning and organizing company events and functions.- Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.- Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.- Perform general administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies, handling expense reports, and managing office procedures.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role, preferably supporting senior management.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Arabic.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.- Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
