Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Saudi Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to our executives in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating executive schedules, organizing meetings and travel arrangements, and handling confidential information. The Executive Secretary should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:1. Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conferences.2. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, memos, and correspondence.3. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.4. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for executives.5. Prepare expense reports and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.6. Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality of documents.7. Screen and direct incoming calls and emails, responding or forwarding as necessary.8. Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.9. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.10. Act as a liaison between executives and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Preferred Candidate:1. Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar administrative role.2. Strong organizational and time management skills.3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.4. Proficient in using office software, including MS Office Suite.5. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.6. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.9. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.10. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
