Roles and Responsibilities-Creating and developing new pastry and bakery recipes and concepts.-Overseeing the production of baked goods and pastries.-Managing inventory and ordering supplies.-Training and supervising pastry and bakery staff.-Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met.-Collaborating with other departments to develop menus and specials.-Maintaining high quality and consistency in all baked goods.-Managing budget and controlling costs.-Staying updated on industry trends and techniques.-Providing exceptional customer service.Desired Candidate Profile-Bachelors degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.-Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef in a high-volume bakery or pastry shop.-Certifications in pastry and baking techniques.-Minimum of 6 years of work experience in a similar role.-Industry knowledge and understanding of current trends.-Ability to lead and motivate a team.-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Creativity and ability to develop unique recipes and concepts.-Candidates with valid transferrable iqama is preferred
