It is an immediate need. Please apply only if you have previous experience in corporate events in KSA. Make sure to advise your notice period in the resume you will attach.Your Responsibilities will include:Creating and preparing detailed proposals and contracts taking full ownership for the projects assigned.Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficientlyDeveloping MICE and Incentive programs from scratch.In-charge of the events production in terms of AV and production.Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to deliveryExpertise in managing corporate events and conferencesLeading & supervising the Events CoordinatorsProviding leadership, motivation, direction and support to junior team.Delivering events on time, within budget as per the company standards.Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities for every project.Expanding lines of business and diversifying into other potential areas of opportunity.Maintaining and developing client relationshipsManaging supplier relationshipsPromoting the company services.Preparing regular management reports on the project?s status.Liaising with clients to ascertain their precise event requirements.The successful candidate should have proven MICE track record and previous experience in managing teamsConducting face to face meetings with clients and suppliersCandidates will be required to travel occasionallyIdeal CandidateSkills Required:At least 5-7 yrs. experience in Events Agencies in Corporate events in a similar role. Holding the same position for at least for 2 years.Solid previous experience in direct dealing with corporate clients.Knowledge of branding and production is a must.Knowledge of AV production is a mustKnowledge of virtual and hybrid events is a mustFluency in English and Possessing another language will be an added advantage i.e., German, Russian, Portuguese or Spanish in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel & PowerPoint.Excellent communication skills.Excellent Negotiation skillsPossessing a can-do flexible attitude all the time and can work well under pressure.Can collaborate with speed and urgencyPleasant approachable personality.It?s not a 9-6 industry so calibers need to be flexible when it comes to working hours.Must be results-oriented, creative and energetic.Ability to work independently and be a trouble-shooter.Experience in end-to-end event management is a must.Being responsible for all project budgets from inception to completion.Experience in creative design will be an added advantage.Ref: 9IOQ4EHVUP Company Profile Snaphunt is a specialist recruiting platform that takes the pain out of hiring and job searching.
