Take customer orders from social media platform through email notification.
Do packaging, prepare invoice, and keep the consignment ready for the freight forwarder to collect.
Make sure all deliveries are on time.
Oversee the security and hand-off of consignment.
Monitor freight movement.
Track the orders to make sure they arrive at their destination.
Document records for dispatches.
Provide continuous updates to customer on their deliveries.
Manage product return.
Record customer complaints for deliveries.
Develop requirements and standards (e.g. packaging, delivery, etc.).
Discover the most cost-effective shipping modes & schedules and weigh the costs and benefits of each.
Track KPIs and report periodically.
Send daily report about the shipping orders status.
